At Lely in early spring 2017, 7 new employees had to be searched for to expand the Technical Service Support (TSS) team Technical experts were needed, but also people with good social and communication skills. Angelique Vierhout from Sterksen recruitment began to interview Bas Wondergem & myself to establish a clear candidate profile. Together we collected ideas about the way of working. One of our key goals was to source employees from abroad to help our team become more internationally orientated. Angelique then accelerated into the highest gear. In less than no time the first candidates were found and proposed. Mostly within a few days after introduction, the candidates were already within our agenda for first meetings. With only a few not progressing to the next round it was clear that we had received an excellent match of candidates. After a yes from Bas & me, the team were invited to carry out the next meeting. If the candidates were successful they were invited to Lely to join the team for a day. This was a good way of getting to know each other and also for the candidates to see if the job was for them.
Angelique and her colleagues arranged the meetings and stayed in contact with us the entire time.

Een moeilijke zoekopdracht en weinig spontane sollicitaties. Sterksen heeft een hele goede kandidaat voor ons gevonden die helemaal past. Zonder het actieve zoekwerk van Angelique Vierhout was dit niet gelukt.
