BDO IT, based in Eindhoven, has in recent years grown fast and developed into a professional ICT service provider that focuses on the employees, clients of BDO Netherlands and on the international BDO network. Given the many developments in the accountancy sector ICT plays an important role in the primary process. IT also determines more and more our distinctiveness.

From that perspective, BDO teamed in 2016 with Sterksen. They currently take care of the full recruitment process of our internal IT professionals.

We experience the collaboration and the way Sterksen operates as pleasant and positive. Sterksen works with extensive intakes and is able to recruit the right profiles. They communicate directly, switch quickly and inform us very well in the process. We also receive a weekly report which describes all the relevant information in the recruitment process. This immediately gives a complete picture of the status of jobs and candidates in the process. In this they make
