Sterksen has been active in innovative recruitment services since 2002 and is the market leader in IT & Technology recruitment, specialised in RPO-services. From our offices in Breda and Utrecht we target the Dutch and the international markets, focusing on North-West Europe. In 2015, Sterksen filled over 500 vacancies in IT & Technology, In 2016 over 850 and in 2017 well over 1100 vacancies.

Besides IT & Technology-searches, Sterksen has provided broader Talent Sourcing and RPO-services since 2004. In 2012, an Executive Search practice in Amsterdam, aimed at intensive Senior Executive search-processes for international clients, increased the group’s strength, followed by the takeover of Fellows Group in 2015, underpinning its position in the RPO-domain.

Sterksen is a member of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA) and has been NEN ISO 4400-1 certified by the Stichting Normering Arbeid.
